Yes they do. When they need someone to fill a 5 person run they will say anything. Like last nite for example- it was "we need one more dps for Heroic Oculus" and with a little voice messaging me saying...hey walTer, are you gonna go?? I finally gave in. I said ok, it is 10 pm, and I have to go soon- can we get it done in *around* 30 minutes? Oh SURE, ok well 45 or MAYBE 60 but that is max.

So I capitulated and agreed to go. Then as I was awaiting my summons, I found out we were still waiting for one more person who was otherwise engaged...so around 10:15 or so I got my summons and warped over to the entrance. And waited. By oh, 10:45 or so we were finally ready. We jumped in- well they did, I jumped in somewhere else, apparently ignoring the fact that I had repeatedly said...FIRST TIME NOOB HERE- NEVER BEEN IN THIS THING! 5 minutes later, we got all synced up.

Then the fun began...with voice chat on, I began to hear constant rumblings of F this place F that...yada yada yada...this place SUCKS I HATE IT.....on and on. I am thinking - wtf, why are you doing this then. Well the obvious reason was for the achievement. You get one for completing dungeons- and if you do heroic difficulty first, you get 2. Ok, well being an achievement whore myself, I saw the logic in this but the hate for this place was deep, very deep.

Jump to the end...it is now midnight, we have wiped 3 times (or more?), I have died 3 more-although not as many times as others so that was good, the instance is amazingly complex in what you have to do, which oddly does not make it fun, it is hard, the bosses suck, it's not fun, and by the end I was cursing the place just as much as everyone else.

We had a rollicking good time, we died, we cried, and after um only I think 4 attempts we beat the boss, kicked him, mooned him and then promptly left this evil place forEVER. 22 gold repair bill (even fighting naked for the last boss-you are on a dragon so it helps you repair bill if you take off your armor), no drops for me, a headache last night and this morning, not enough sleep but dammit, we did it. Now I never have to go back, well if someone needs help I will but NOT by choice.
